Allsite Contact Center is an organisation structured in a franchise shape which is run by Allsite AB with its seat in Västra Frölunda - Gothenburg. At the moment we have four Swedish centres which are franchise takers and who work under the Allsite Contact Center (ACC) brand.
Our business idea is to offer a professional telephone contact with focus on quality which aims to complement or replace our customers internal processes. We offer services within Callcenter and Telemarketing and we are a reinforcement to those companies who don't want to handle the telephone related customer contacts like for instance telesales or answering services on their own.
With the years we have realised that our organisation shouldn't be limited by managing by details but instead let mutual values guide our way in everything we do. No matter what decisions we are to make, mutuality, long-sightedness and evolution are the most important ingredients.
